About SVOD

Founded as NIPI Water Technologies in 1999 in the city of Severodonetsk, Luhansk Oblast, Ukraine, the company initially handled only industrial water treatment for enterprises in Ukraine and the CIS countries. Our advantage was our integrated approach to solving and implementing tasks in water treatment and power engineering. Our clients were in the steel, chemical and oil-processing industries, and we worked with co-generation plants, heating networks, breweries and many more. In a short while, NIPI became one of the leaders in water treatment. Drawing on our extensive industrial experience and deep expertise in the field, in 2010 we launched a new direction — a consumer product line. The SVOD trading house was established at the institute to develop, roll out and bring these household products to market.

Our flagship and main pride is the SVOD-AS filter media against limescale. It is where everything began — an innovative, patented development with no equivalent. SVOD-AS filters have taken on a major share of the market, thanks to our unconventional approach and the replacement of harmful polyphosphate. But we are not stopping at these achievements and are continually developing new, unique products. Today, our range of household products includes filters against scale and iron, flushing reagents, products to protect heating systems, safe household chemicals, non-chlorinated disinfectant products for pools, and more. For us, it is extremely important that our products are of the highest quality and at a price that is affordable for everyone!

In manufacturing our products, we introduce only our own unique developments, for which we hold more than 50 patents.

We pay particular attention to the continuing professional development of our employees. Our team of professionals is focused, strong and ambitious. We make a point of working with our staff by attracting experienced industry experts and young specialists alike. This is a team that can deliver the most complicated, complex projects in its field. Our research efforts are led by a current academic of the Ukrainian Technological Academy of Sciences, Borys Shukailo.
