Privacy policy
General provisions
Last updated: 5 July 2026. This Privacy Policy sets out how personal data of users of our online store (the "Site") is processed and protected. The owner and controller of personal data is the SVOD trading house (the "Company", "we"). Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 1 June 2010 and, for users in the European Union, with regard to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679). By using the Site and providing your data, you confirm that you have read this Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out below.
What data we collect
We process only the data required to fulfil your orders and provide services: — first and last name; — phone number and email address; — delivery address and the chosen carrier branch; — order history and contents; — technical data: IP address, device and browser type, cookies (see the Cookie Policy for details). We do not collect data on racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs, health, or other sensitive categories of data.
Purposes and legal basis for processing
We process your data for the following purposes: placing, processing and delivering orders; handling payments; providing support and feedback; complying with legal requirements (including accounting and tax records); and, subject to your separate consent, sending informational and marketing messages. The legal grounds for processing are your consent, the necessity of performing the sale contract, the Company's compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in operating the Site and ensuring security.
Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary to fulfil an order or required by law: — delivery carriers (Nova Poshta, Mist Express, Delivery, InTime, Ukrposhta) — to deliver your order; — payment systems and banks (including PrivatBank) — to process payments; — public authorities — solely on the grounds and within the limits set by the legislation of Ukraine. All partners involved are obliged to ensure the confidentiality and protection of the data received.
Data retention period
Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and for the periods required by the legislation of Ukraine (in particular for accounting and tax records). Once the purposes of processing are achieved, data is deleted or anonymised unless the law provides otherwise.
Your rights
Under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" you have the right to: — know the sources, location and purpose of processing your data; — access your data and request its correction; — request the erasure or restriction of processing; — withdraw consent previously given for processing; — lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Data protection
We apply organisational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction — in particular, we use a secure connection (HTTPS) and restrict data access to authorised staff only. That said, no method of transmitting data over the Internet is completely secure.
