"SVOD-professional" alkaline cleaner for cleaning the car cooling system (5 l)

Designed for flushing radiators of car heaters, circulation equipment (radiators, pumps, thermostats, expansion tanks) of cars, antifreeze cooling systems of electric vehicle batteries.

An alkaline solution (pH 14) is used to remove black and greasy films and glycol-based antifreeze residue.

Preparing the solution:

Dilute the concentrate in water 1:15 (1 liter of concentrate per 15 liters of water)

For auto service centers: it is recommended to flush using a booster.

Disconnect the hoses from the engine cooling system component to be cleaned and connect the booster.

If necessary, first drain the engine coolant (antifreeze) to the required level, preventing any coolant leaks on the engine surfaces and components.

A mandatory requirement for flushing is ensuring the cleaning solution flows through all channels of the equipment being cleaned. Effective removal of blockages is achieved when the cleaning solution temperature is 40-80°C.

If the system contains aluminum and its alloys, flush at a temperature no higher than 40°C.

After flushing with the booster for 60 minutes, drain the reagent from the booster container and pour it down the drain.

*Unlike other similar products, additional passivation of metal surfaces is not required.

Simply fill the booster with water and flush for about 10-15 minutes, reversing the flow direction and using the flush station's "reverse" function to completely remove any remaining contaminants from the individual element's interior.

After cleaning, reconnect the hoses in reverse order and top up the engine coolant to the required level.

For self-service use: flush the engine when it's cold.

Drain the coolant and fill the system with the previously prepared solution. Leave the expansion tank cap open. Start the engine and warm it up to 40°C.

The cleaning process is accompanied by active gas evolution. If gas evolution does not stop after heating to 40°C, allow the engine to cool and repeat the warm-up procedure. After the cleaning process, rinse the equipment with water.

Finally, fill the system with new coolant.

Ingredients:

Prepared water, potassium hydroxide, corrosion inhibitor, non-ionic surfactant (less than 2%).
