Professional remedy for the removal of carbonate-calcium sedimentations.
Dry powdered product. Effectively and safely removes deposits (scale) from all heating surfaces.
It is used for cleaning:
heat exchangers, boilers, gas columns, as well as all types of water heaters, turbine condensers, evaporative systems, heating and cooling systems.
Compatible:
with any kind of metal: aluminum, copper, cast iron, black metal, stainless steel, except galvanized surfaces.
Mode of application:
On the basis of "SVOD-TVN" Professional, detergent solutions are prepared by dissolving the calculated amount of the agent in water (1 kg per 10 l of water).
The solution is fed into the system and its circulation occurs until the scale and sludge are completely dissolved. The activity to remove sediments is achieved at a washing solution temperature of 20-40 ° C (approximate wash time of 3 hours).
For an accelerated washing process, the temperature of the solution should be brought to 60 ° C.
The washing process is accompanied by active gas evolution. The termination of gas evolution indicates the end of the washing process, or the reduction in the concentration (activation) of the active substance. To ensure the end of the washing process, it is necessary to add 50 g of "SVOD-TVN" product to the washing solution, if the gas emission is not renewed, the equipment is considered to be washed.

After washing with a solution, the equipment is washed with water. Additional passivation of metal surfaces is not required.
Aqueous solutions based on "SVOD-TVN" Professional do not violate the operating mode of the treatment facilities and merge into the urban household sewage system.
Security measures:
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. When working with the product, use rubber gloves, a rubberized apron, safety goggles.
If the product "SVOD-TVN" comes into contact with the skin and the skin, wash the affected area with plenty of water and neutralize with 3-5% sodium bicarbonate solution (drinking soda).
Store in a cool dry place out of the reach of children.
