Description
Dry powder-like product containing the active substance, a corrosion inhibitor and a nonionic surfactant. On this basis prepare a 10% cleaning solutions by dissolving the calculated amount of product in water. These solutions are used to remove calcium-carbonate deposits from heating surfaces steam and hot water boilers, condensers, turbines and pipelines of heat networks, heat exchangers and evaporators.
Instructions for use:
The maximum activity of the descaling is achieved at the temperature of the rinse solution 20-40 ºC. A must for the implementation of flushing is the provision of the flushing of cleaning solution on all channels, passages and pipes of processing equipment. After the descaling process, the equipment is rinsed with water. Additional passivation of the metal surfaces is not required. Waste washing solutions merge into a city household plumbing.
"SVOD-TVN" Professional is a completely biodegradable chemical product and aqueous solutions based on it do not violate the mode of operation of sewage treatment plants.
Safety precautions:
When working with medium and preparation of working solutions based on it the staff must use the following PPE:
• rubber gloves;
• rubberized apron;
• safety glasses.
When "SVOD-TVN" Professional and working solutions occur on the skin, the affected area must be washed liberally with water and neutralized with a 3-5% solution of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda).
The application of this material does not require special safety precautions, and the product is not classified as hazardous goods during transportation.
