For professional service.
"SVOD-TVN" is a dry powder product containing an active substance, a corrosion inhibitor and nonionic surfactants. On its basis, 5-10% washing solutions are prepared by dissolving the calculated amount of the product in water.
Washing solutions based on this product are used to remove calcium-carbonate deposits from the heating surfaces of steam and hot water boilers, turbine condensers, pipelines of heating networks, heat exchangers and evaporators.
Washing takes place at a working solution temperature of 20-40ºC.
The washing process leads to stabilization of the pH value and acidity of the washing solution.
The advantages of the washing method with these solutions are as follows:
the ability to wash equipment made of any type of steel and non-ferrous metals;
washing of cast iron boilers with threaded connections on manifolds;
the possibility of washing without installing a special scheme using the "etching" method;
washing solutions are gentle on the metal and the corrosion rate is reduced to minimum values (no more than 0.3 mm per year).
It is a completely biodegradable chemical product.
After washing the storage water heater, we advise adding "SVOD-Professional" Disinfectant and odor remover.
